Michael Mohr as chef de cuisine at Botswana Wanaka has taken an interest in all sides of the business.

 

As well as being a committed chef he has also attended most of the drinks training workshops and wine schools in the last year. He can even shake a pretty good cocktail or recommend a good wine match with the food he prepares.
